What colrs would you use to paint and weather a wrought iron fence? I use Tamiya and Vallejo colors. Thanks in advance.

Unpainted, wrought iron is general black, that and some rust (mig pigments) and you should be good to go.

Pollyscale does a tarnished black that would be quite a nice starting point. Otherwise in Tamiya, add a few drops of flat red and buff to flat black.

Wrought iron is also frequently painted green, also wrought bronze is pale green patina.

I like mixing black (or dark grey) with a bit of brown.
The result is not so toy-like as straight black.
