Inspiring and mesmerizing work CEM. Those geese are just amazing! Vehicles are great too, I particularly like the stowage in the Horch.

Thanks Karl,
FILLING THE SPACE
The vehicles and accessories are certain but not sure about all figures. I will exchange few of them.

You did a great job on the stones and road..nice contrast between the two...otherwise it will be a lot of the same color...now its good.
Looking forward to see al the space filled up.
...will you get this diorama out of the room?

Hi Cem. A very impressive dio so far. Not many can afford the size of base you have because of space restraints, but they sure are nice when done at this scale. Be sure to use the space to its full capacity with plenty of vehciles and show the havoc of a convoy entering a small town. Timing is perfect as well, as there are so mnay civilian figures available now-a-days as well. Great job with the water. The details like the geese and floating barrel add a lot extra to the scene.

Hi Frank,
The two buildings are Plusmodel "Civic house facing" and "House with an arcade"
http://www.plusmodel.cz/karta_en.php?id=17

The statue base is scratch build but the figure is ITALERI 1/32 FRENCH GENERAL STAFF set.

Hi Frank, Thanks for comments,
I will fill the space with armour, infantry and a few civilians
TREES
I replaced them with better ones.
Used dried bushes. varnished, painted and glued foam on top of peaks.

Your work is truly moving!!! It is so well done and so large. My only question is how are you going to fill the space in front of the bridge?

I think with all the different figures you've given the base a great sense of life and activity. There is a lot going on from the guys relaxing on the waterfront to the tank being loaded up.
I think there are some 'blank' areas that perhaps need one or two figures perhaps just crossing the road- to break up these empty spaces. A few more civilians probably wouldn't go amiss either.
Still, inspiring work and I'm looking forward to more progress shots.

Fantastic work. The multiple stories within the scene make it truly awe inspiring.

Hello,
i'm so astonished that i can hardly find words to comment ......you're a great great story teller modeler.
Congratulation, i love all of it, from the scratch to the realistic painting, and of course the stories we can imagine, just like in the Norman Rockwell illustrations.

Yo Mozart,
What a color you bring in the setting! Getting better all to time.
Maybe you can put a damaged/burnt out french char bis on the big open space behind one of the trees...that will give more dramatic feeling on the scene...
Keep up!

You really did have a vision with this one! I didn't think you'd ever finish or fill up the space but it's great. The resistance put a smile on my face. Nice work

I just love it, with all of the little action s going on all over the place. One comment though, the damaged building with the machinegun emplaced. On the first floor with the furniture some more action is needed. What I was thinking of is either a soldier asleep on the couch or a soldier wooing a local girl. Just a little extra to give life to that space.
But just brilliant work.
