The Jumbo is painted and weathered, but needs some detail painting yet. I haven’t touched it in about 5 or 6 years. It is packed away in a plastic tub under the work bench. I really need to get it out and finish it.
It’s a Tank work shop conversion and the hull and final drive didn’t line up to well, so I made sand bags for the front to hide the joint. Who knows, maybe the crew was still paranoid and felt they needed a little more protection.

These are good! You should join the 'Getter Done Campaign' with that Jumbo. That group is helping me get my 4 year old project done by the end of the year

I have the 18 year old Sdkfz 251/9 build in the Get R done campaign right now.
I dug the Jumbo out today and took some pics of its current state. Hope you enjoy.
