Hi Yaroslav Thank you for making such awesome quality models! The new Robot and RCWS look amazing! Im really looking forward to your next releases.

Do you think you will ever make the Tavor T.A.R. 21? I would also like to see the flying sniper drone i saw at the top of your website that looks so cool.

Cheers Bob

Hi Yaroslav,

I think a GAU19 model system can have great success.
In my opinion it is a model that has real applications, it can be very interesting for modellers, both "real" replicas as "sci fi".

Congratulations on your work, great quality and great imagination.
Best regards

I'm wondering if you (Yaroslav) intend to just focus on figures accessories and firearms, rather than scale model aftermarket stuff like the turrets and the robots. I think you have many supporters here who would be sad to see you give up your work. I have had several conversations at model shows with colleagues here in the U.S. and we all marvel at the level of detail you bring to the market.

An ominous statement indeed gents. this market is clearly a challenging one. it is always difficulty to balance the combination of design & development, overhead and production costs as well as time against commercial return and personal commitment/sacrifice.

For me at least Yaroslav and his Live Resin products have revolutionised my modelling experience, along with companies such as Eduard, Voyager and Meng, and for that I am very grateful and have tried to support Yaroslav's business at every opportunity.

Yaroslav, I do hope you continue producing your excellent range and look forward to receiving my latest purchases.

I think the biggest hurdle Yaroslav is going to face is access to foreign markets as western and European nations enforce more stringent sanctions on Russia for events in the Ukraine region.

Although all of us in the model building hobby typically consider each other friends regardless of geographical boundaries, the folly of our politicians can inadvertently effect our marketplace.

The last sentence from Yaroslav certainly raised my eyebrow. I don't know the details, but I really hope Live Resin will continue producing the best weapons and accessories on the market today.

What I do know is Live Resin release schedule depends very much on the sales of their last sets. Perhaps the Secutor robot did not produce the effect Live Resin hoped for. It felt as a big business risk the first time I heard it announced.

The recent release of a few sets (one might disagree with) does not compare to the flow of income that should come in from that massive release, how many of that huge 57 set release did we as a community need/buy?

****Usually a small business's success or failure comes down to a marketing campaign, control of overhead, R&D

AND the CONTINUING support from its base customers.****

it might come down to the fact that we don't finish our Shelf Queens fast enough to keep purchasing these beautiful additional sets.

We might have four HMMWV's shelfies but only one SAG turret

Live Resin is great!!!!
But from where I stand it's only a small percentage of the model/ figure community will buy weapons on its own regularly . I have bought alot of Live Resin kits but the problem becomes, what figure to put them on.
Do you put a great Live Resin modern gun on an average or below trumpeter figure.... I don't think so

Also a lot of modern figures from other companies already have the gun moulded onto the hand which also stops you from just replacing the gun quickly or the newer modern figure produces like Evolution miniatures the guns aren't that bad, maybe not as good as yours but aren't really bad. So if it's a great figure with a not so bad gun moulded to the hand well I will most likely use it, the way it is

My advice and it is just my 2 cents, as a modern figure buyer is this. Start pumping out more figures so people can buy and use your other weapon sets with them

I hope your company keeps going strong I really do
But no point me buying all your weapon sets if there aren't figures to use them on.

I'm with Gans here.

Also, maybe the fast pace in which Live Resin releases new stuff is too much for these days within this hobby.
As other people already stated, the vast majority of us are simply not able to build at the same pace LR offers more and more new weapons and other details...
But I really hope Yaroslav being able to keep his bussiness well above the given-point, his products had stated a new quality level.

I agree. Live-Resin kits are awesome, but I do notice that the production of modern plastic figures has not caught up with the need for awesome resin aftermarket products. I too have Live-Resin parts that have not found any plastic figures to place them on (and I used up my stash of plastic figures already. There's only so many times one wants to build the same figures).

This is not to say that a need for L-R parts does not exist, just that perhaps L-R should look at making whole kits instead of just accessory kits. I also think there's an untapped market with WW2 accessories as there are way more WW2 plastic and resin figures on market today.

I agree on more figures. I have the current 3 figures and id love to see more. I most like the figure with the latest body armour on his arms. I am really exited by the pictures of the Gas Mask heads too, they look awesome!

New heads, figures, another robot, ets. prepared to fall release

I dont have a need for the cool smaller robot in the latest picture, but I have allready ordered the big robot and RCWS. Reading the above comments, new figures and heads should be well recieved and some Modelers including me would use Live Resin parts on them too, I certainly hope they are released.

It cant have been easy for any business over the last few years, signs are that we are coming out of the economic recession here in the U.K. ( I dont know about rest of world ) so hopefully sales will pick up, if that is the reason for:

Hopefully that statement didnt put anyone off ordering for fear of not recieving models? It would be sad to see Live Resin dissapear they are the best.

There are some avenues Live-Resin has not explored yet, such as Special Forces figures. Special Forces figures are "hot" these days and are in the news. Other figures such as a Javelin gunner, SOCOM machine gunner, pirates, CIA SOD, FAST Marines, and mercenaries might appeal to a larger audience.

I would have thought that a Special Forces Yamaha ATV might also have a broader interest with a larger group of modelers. Another option would be the Polaris Ranger ATV.

Oh yes! Special Forces, Pirates and Mercenaries!! I could use an 8 man squad of each *throws money at screen*. Maybe a badass female "Michelle Rodriguez" figure as well, too many female figures are passive looking imho, id like to see one in action.

I was looking at Evolution Miniatures Special Forces figures set last night, which are very nice! But once i started looking at the details, like boots and gloves etc. i couldnt help thinking.. if Live Resin made these they would be better, so i didnt buy them. Id rather wait for really good figures.

Speaking of figures - how are the 120mm ones going?
