You could try reporting them for theft of intellectual property if they're offering your stuff on their page as theirs, that will get them shut down. But it's like the Whack-A-Mole game with thieves like that.

Yaroslav, several manufacturers have successfully blocked eBay sellers which sell pirated figures. eBay has a VeRO program to help manufacturers protect their property:

I'm not sure how it works, but only manufacturers themselves can file a claim against eBay pirates.
