I never got a chance to get the old "Tilt", or whatever the brand name was, kit before it went out of production. I am definitely getting this one....no matter what the cost. I am very much looking forward to this release.
Thanks ICM.

Haven't Dragon or Trumpeter got one slated for release soon? I will be waiting to see a build review before splashing out.

DML have got a single (CAD) image, Some, more cynical than myself could see it as a spoiler. Personally, I couldn't even begin to imagine it
No, this isn't air-ware, ICM have got the project well under way and it will be released by them.

I doubt if ICM would be interested as it would mean tooling a Blitz (with the competition in the market, a risky business) and then, to recover their costs, they'd have to issue the Blitz AND the Bus version.
No, I think it'll be DML/Cyber-Hobby as they've got the best Blitz on the market - by a long, long way...
Just thinking of it though, the possibilities are immense - not least the Post-Bus in Where Eagles Dare!

Isn't Roden going to produce an Opel Omnibus ? Check the adds at the left side of your screen . I thought the term Postbus was used because it was painted the PO yellow color with the PO trumpet logo on the sides and carried the post / mail ( I've got a few 1/87 scale ROCO buses around somewhere ) Other companys / hotels / resorts had their own buses .

No disrespect.... but you have your wish list and I have mine... I love softskinned vehicles and would really love to see the Opel bus (non-vacuum formed version) and this really one of the subjects that is overlooked in German soft skins. They were on every front...and the bus from "Where Eagles Dare" with the snow plow would be a VERY cool thing to attempt. The G4 was on the top of my wishlist for a long time....now MY holy grail is the Opel bus....'nuff said.

talking about exaggeration... I don't want a bus, plenty people have no interest in a bus...

I think they came in a number of different paint schemes so you would need to select a specific individual (registration number) if you want absolute accuracy
In some museum ?
