It is good to place the model "sleeping a bit". And look at it a bit later, to add the latest effects.
As about me, I'd like to see a bit more depht and dirt : maybe dark selective washes on hull and turret, to stand out panel borders and details.
And fresh muddy tones on the undersides, to give the idea more of a wet wintery environment.
But, as I always say, this is only my own taste.
