Hey guys, I wanted to post progress pictures for this kit but I don’t have a digital camera… So I have to go home to my parents once a week and take pictures. I have been working on this kit for a week strait. The kit is a “German 8ton Semi Track SD.Kfz7 (Discontinued)” it was given to me by a regular customer in the hobby store I worked in high school. I still need to finish some touch up details. But this is my first full armor kit I have made so I would appreciate any comments, or suggestions. I had to gess on the color for the seats I hope its rite...
PS: I know the front hitch is lose. :-)

You cant?... If you on 56k you may have to wait for them to load.. They are at 1280x960.. I am going to scale them down to 1024x768.. to help a little..

Some tips keep youre pictures at 600x480 pixels and a file size of 50Kb thats works perfect on the internet.
Ok now the vehicle, there are some things to do, the tracks are floating?? mayby you can gleu them to the roadwheels ore attach them with a wire.
There is a roadwheel thats miss allinged
Lots of dust in the paint
And there is a seam in the front tires
And there some other points but thats more for the rivets counters
I know for sure that youre next model is going better

sofa looks good for a 1st attemt I'd also glue down the top of the traks onto the wheels an I'd remove the ss reg plate from the side of the as it's half on a stoage bin door in real life these would breack off very quicly if fitted like that add some dust colours to weather it up and some extra boxes and some weapons then you got a nice kit

one thing i noticed on the third and fourth picture, it looks like there are still some burrs on some of the roadwheels. also in one of the pics(the fourth i think) one of the roadwheels doesn't look to be on the track. and there's that ugly seam on the tires

Hi Sofa,
Looks excellent for your first kit!!.. Agree on the tracks.. try and pin them down some how (glue/wire)...
As far as other stuff.. that will come with experience!!! Your doing great at this point.. and they only get better the more you build!!!
Keep up the good work!
cheers
Charlie
