@ Phill: I sure hope they are as good as they look, I really like the looks of some of their figures!
Well here it is, completed! So, not much has been done since the last post, just glued down the figure and the abandoned equipment. I would like to once again thank those that followed the build, it really means a lot. Also please forgive the quality of the pictures! A lone Russian soldier stares at a destroyed panther turret, one of the last attempts to halt the advancing red army. As he looks on he starts to wonder if the knocked out turret signifies the end of the war ...
Don’t ask me how it’s intact:
Once again thanks’ for looking!!! Regards,

Hey Vladimir this turned out really well. Its the little details I particularly like such as the barbed wire and the abandoned cart. I think Johan got it right in saying it conveys a sense of the 'lost' atmosphere. Great stuff.

Vlad ,,, ok this is what i do when i am trying to think of ideas for dios ... first off the model ..what are you going to use ..say a Sherman since they were everywhere ..ok now to decide whats it going ..is it parked.traveling .in combat ..once you get this ..this one is parked and the crew are having a break .making coffee and something to eat ...and it goes on from there ..one thing you can try and it works for me even before i even have the kit is just sit back and think ..just let ideas flow thru to ol brain box ,,you will come up with ideas and once you have one expanding on it is easy , hell when ya have an idea give me a yell and i'll throw some more your way and you can mix and match to give you the best set up for what your doing Then you will easily get what your after ..

Vlad mate ,, ya ok i can see your problem ,,its not that hard to sort out really ,,ok here's what you do .. take your model ..then take the base that your intending to mount if on ..try placing the model at different angles with the other ideas you have in your head .. see which looks best on the base ..and if also the cost of the other ideas lol . Once you play around on the base with the model see which of those just seems to stand out more than the others ..this might take some time but it can work .the other simple idea is to build them all Give the first idea a try ..its much cheaper than the second idea

Fantastic work Vladimir, I really like it, it's simple and effective, eventually (given more hours in the day) I may try and build one of these bunkers.
How about this Pantherturm to give you idea's ?
All the best Duncan.

Hey Vlad, this came out really nice! I knew you'd pull it off. That was a quick build, too. I'm jealous of your ability to get stuff done! Anyway, looks awesome, love it. Good job! Look forward to more work.
@ Phill: Took your advice, and I have drawn up some plans … just need some time (and material) to build!! @ Duncan: Thanks’ a lot Duncan!! I hope you do, and I would love to see your build (when you get around to it)! @ Brandi: Thanks’ Brandi, to be honest with you … I seldom finish a project and I rarely finish them fast, actually happy about the speed of this one! Thanks’ a bunch!! @ Bruce: Thanks’ a lot, really glad you liked it! and I am looking forward to your next build!!
Thanks’ again for your support and your comments, really means a whole lot to me!!
