Ok Milo but you have to keep it simple at 150 euros the donor kit, if you starting to generate a upgrade kit at 50 euros plus 2 kit for the wheels at 40 in total. It is gonna pricey...
Engine will be great for a start
We keep in touch
Cheers
Seb

I'll second that. as far as AM, I think resin tyres set (for truck AND trailers) is a must. everything else is icing on the cake I hope that there will be an option to just buy tyres but not an entire upgrade kit.

From what I can see and based on the kit price, I would only be up for a small resin/PE interior upgrade set that includes the seat belts and maybe a few pieces for the instrument panel, but that is about it. Maybe a separate engine set too, but not as one big set.

As I stated above, there is no real issue with the rubber parts.

I will be saving up my pennies for one of these! Eventually I can plan to put an M-ATV on the trailer when that one comes out in styrene.

Down to US$131 on some sites..

Give it a few more months and they will be under $100 for sure.. if you can wait that long!

...WOW...This is awesome. I like it a lot
It would be great with a Abrahams tank... But i like the challanger 2 tank a bit more, so i hope they also make a British vehicle from it....

This review is great Seb, thankyou.

I must add a comment here though, you say the trailer steering is workable. The bogies are designed to steer, as is all the mechanism within the trailer spine, but when it comes to fitting the track rods, you lose the steering as they need to be glued in position. as these arms are scale, they are also very weak.

See my thread, (M1000 Trailer from Hobby Boss), in the Modern/USA topic to see what I mean.

Thanks again for the review, it played a large part in my decision to buy this kit.

I started mine 3 nights ago. I bought it at a show, opened but mint, for only $100; what a bargain for what you get! So far I have built the basic frame and two axles; the fit and engineering are superb; the best engineered Hobby Boss or Trumpy kit I've built and I've built a bunch!

That kit is a beast! But in a good way, took me a year or two to get mine done, had to take a break a few times. Looks beautiful when done though. make sure you have an M1 to put on the trailer
