Congratulations on the 10,000 mark Jim and the news team. A testament to Armorama's relations with the manufacturers, and dedication to bringing us all the news from the hobby
As for the kit, its Axis, but shock horror, I
really like the look of this one. I think this could well prove to be my first German build for 2 or three years

I only have two wishes: the wheels are plastic and we see it within the next year!

Congratulations... and looking forward to seeing your 100,000th report

As for the kit, it really looks very nice. I'm hoping to see one like Tamiya's... with the antenna. I remember that was the second Tamiya kit I built as a kid.. and I'd like to build one now for old times sake... only it will be a much better kit, of course.

I will second that. I never liked how soft tires have a tendency to split as they age

Even though the latest post page often annoys me with the amount of news instead of modelling threads, I have to admit its quite an achievment to have reached 10,000 reports. Well done team ... and all those who have been involved over the years.
This vehicle really fits the "its so ugly, its beautiful" bracket. Actually bought the older Tamiya one of a friend who bought it and changed his mind, and proceeded to sell if off again on the same day again. The temptation is back again!

The Perth site shows what looks like a colored in line sketch of a 232 with antenna, no specific future date listed.
From the photos, it looks like the wheels on the 231 are positionable in turning position. Way cool.

Cool milestone. Congrats Jim and the rest of the news team.
I've always wanted to build one of these though preferably with the antenna. No doubt that version will appear and I look forward to hearing about it in the news section

I agree, love the positionable wheels, shows off a neat feature of the real vehicle.
Also congrats on the 10,000 reviews. Looking forward to another 10k....

Congratulations on the 10,000th news post.
This is a vehicle that will find a way into my stash. AFV have been doing some cool stuff lately....kind of flying under the radar.

10,000 stories on new stuff hitting the shelves? No wonder my wallet is so thin...

Congratulations!
As for the kit, it looks like a stunner. I've got the old tamiya kit on the bench, but it ain't a patch on this one.

I want one too! After trying hard to get the inside's scratch built in the old Tamiya, I can't wait to get my hands on one of these....wahoooeee!
