Guys,

Here are some shots of a planned small dio for the Northern Alliance. The "basic" color scheme. It needs some cleaning and the yellow portions need to be re-shot. (The first batch was too thin). The basic color is Model Master Russian Green with custom Tamiya shades for the grey and sand. The yellow psychedelic touches of the Northern Alliance will be added next - by hand.

Lastly, here is the begining of Mohammed Amin Wardak as a potential figure or will be getting the figure for the late General Ahmed Shah Masoud. Please note that this is a beginners figure as that is me!

This is going to be a nice Dio. I really enjoy seeing some projects of more current events. What type of scenery and base are you going to use? Looking forward to seeing it finished.

Guys,

Those lil red X-boxes are/must be a server problem. I see them now and so does a couple of other guys. BUT, if you are still not seeing them, let me know.

Looks good so far! By the way, where did the figure come from? Is it one from the ICM sets?

Doug, these are figures from Warriors:

Northern Alliance/MujahideenFighters/Taliban

If you look closely, the figure on the left is Mohammed Amin Wardak while the one on the right is the late General Massoud - Both of the Northern Alliance.

Great! I'll be bringing along stuff I'm working on too. The B&B Fests (build & bullshitta) sessions are always fun. The rest of the guys bring their wares and woes too...
