Besides the IDF...are there any other countrys that have westernized there T-55's, Ex::105mm gun,US.50 mg, etc

EDIT: Romania's T-55s still have 100mm guns, and lots of additional armor, with bustle for extra ammo. Slovenia's (not Slovakia's as earlier posted by me) M-55 has 105mm gun and has better ERA coverage.

According to the thread above, it mentions Egypt has 105mm armed T-55s.

I think (not sure) some T-55s (the latest Russian one I reckon) even has a 125mm gun!

BTW, I have been to an Army Show in Slovenia last month and have taken some photos of Slovenian T-55... I plan to post it on Full Metal Jacket soon if anyone's interested.

Ok, it ain't a westernized T-55, but this seems to be the best upgrade of the T-55 yet:

I'm tellin' ye all, when most tanks have been gone to dust, the T-55 will soldier on in one form or the other - perhaps might even evolve with hover capability, 255mm rail gun, 2 PPCs, and loads of gatling guns! #:-)
