I am also working on the Tamiya M1A1, worked up as a Desert Storm Vehicle. This one will just be on a simple base with only the kit figures. Both the tank and the crew figures are in progress.

Looks good given there are any real detail shots. Can you try getting in a little closer?

Good job on the T C and loader . I really hate doing small pattern cammo , but you really took your time to get it right .I have built this kit twice , I'm guessing this is a OOB build . You might want to latch down the loaders hatch the way that you have it posed is not a locked position (i'm guessing it is dry fitted ? ) . Time for a quick war story - During manuvers my loader got his clock cleaned by a un-secured hatch . Good job over all keep us up- to date

Al, still learning on the digital camera, and will try again withbetter shots, but the additional pictures will have to wait until next week as I am heading out of town for a few days.
Turrettoad, thanks for the comments on the camouflage. I actually enjoy the detail work. Normally I find a decent color picture (used one of a walking machine gunner in the Squadron Desert Storm book). Unfortunately, the hatch is not dry fitted. Could you give me more information regarding where the hatch should be in a locked position?
