Hi Pascal,
I have been following Your builds with interest. Could You make a group photo with Your other MRAPs? I would just like to see how big this thing is.

In real life these things dwarf HMMWV's, any everything else... They are huge.

That is an RG-31Mk5E Cat 1 MRAP. Some in use with Route Clearance Packages have a miniature version of the robot arm on them. I took this picture in Afghanistan in 2010.
As to the robot, it all depends, I have a friend in EOD who just threw theirs in the back of the M-ATV when they needed to take that truck, but otherwise it would have been in the JERRV. Buffalo's don't seem to often be the ones carrying the robot as that's not where the EOD team is.

Yup, bigger is better... The Blast accessories look very nice, however, the item that Pascal calls the "survival blanket" is actually a water-gel blanket, key in helping a burn victim to survive...
I have been waiting for this since I took a bunch of pics of a couple in 2005, coincidentally those belonged to the unit that 14 Engineers, one of the options in the kit decals, replaced... I will be following Pascal's progress closely.
Looks like another kit to add to the AMPS list...

Precision, my Buffalo will be american (US Army or USMC)
You need to complete these parts (missing in the kit) :

Front axle :

Rear tandem

Main tranfert case protection.
You need to erase the side protection attaches (red circles). These protections are only for french Buffaloes (to my knowledge)
