Hey Beat,
second what Chris said, the demarcation lines between the colors are not sharp enough IMO...
also some of the spots (esp. the some of the black ones) seem a little too small or thin to me...
you might try airbrushing on some heavily thinned paint to make the edges look sharper... you could also use some oil paint (in all three colors), thin it down to a transparent but still brushable consistency and just overpaint the camo spots with that, later blend it with a soft and dry brush to get that look of a real nato camo... that's what I did here here to make the camo look more hard-edged...
other than that great job on the detailing. I like the way you've changed the sideskirts anyways, that's one of the features of the leos that always caught my attention...

Cheers, Max

Hello guys

Thanks for your help and ideas. I will do the thing with the oil color (Thanks Max for the idea). The camo at the moment is just some sort of a base color. In the end it will be a dirty beast as you can see on many photos (google pz 87).

As soon as I have some more photos I will post these.

Cheers Hunter

Hello Beat, I have to come back to this "old" thread: I have ordered the conversion parts at EuroModell now and made a research on the web to find some photos of the turret rear and the periscope. Was not really successful. Can other modellers help me in this matter?
Cheers and best regards
Stephan

Hi Stefan, jes that helps, many thanks!
I obviously overlooked that, because it is just listed under PZ 87, and not as Panzer 87 or Leopard... Thank you!
If anybody has some photos of the turret periscope, please contact me.
Cheers / Stephan
