I made this figure about six years back and decided to "bring it back to life."
When I started working on refurbishing it, the figure was in pieces (but painted) and had lots of poorly painted gear on it. The figure is the one with the Panzerfaust from this set: http://www.yourhobbylife.com/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=30295
I decided to make him an MG34 gunner instead. When I painted it 6 years ago, I followed the box art for the camouflage. My figure painting is mediocre at best and I aim to try and improve on that skill. Overall I am happy with the results. I scratch-built a handle for the ammo box and a strap for the gas mask canister. The base is a water bottle cap filled with florists' foam and then I added on foliage. Any and all comments welcome!
