follow these steps.
To save time I've taken info from Gary's tutorial. Hope that's ok.

When you want to add the image to your post, click on the img button below the edit window. This will add generic img BBcode to your message.


Select the dummy URL between the ] and [ .


Delete that text and replace it with the URL from your browser's clipboard.

Thanks for looking & the comments on the puma, so do put the X in when I am attaching in the image holder on when I add it to email?? And can I "back" add it to the pictures already posted??
