Hey folks
getting ready for my new projekt:
The Centurion w/Dozer...
The AFV Centurion is the basic kit:
and he will get the Dozer from accurate Armor:
I heard a lot about the turret of the AFV kit and that it isn`t that correct and because of the missing malntelet cover I decided to order the LionMarc Mk.5 turret which I have to say is a keally awesome piece of resin... Nice structure of the cast surface and a really great fit to the rest of the original kit...
And for the crew, I'll take these guys:
But I am really looking forward to build and especially to paint those really awesome figures from Bravo#6 which will bring the scene ti live. it's the first time for me to see and own figures from that manufacturer and all I can say is: wow...
Maybe someone can tell me if all the Dozer equipped Centurions in Vietnam had the Serchlight removed?!?1
comments are as always very welcome
Thanks for watching...

looks like you will have fun with this build, i am looking forward to it.
AFAIK, the searchlights were taken off and stored in the rear basket, and only used at night, or in static defence.
if you use the first figure, lop off the bandana and give him a giggle hat.

I'm looking forward to watching this build. I wish AFV Club would rerelease their whole Centurion line with corrections, or at least with styrene mantlet covers. I never cared for the vinyl ones that came with the kits.
