I've really enjoyed the Bronco kits, although I haven't built any of their earlier ones. This one looks like a nice builder.

Real nice start on this one John. I haven't had a Bronco kit that I was disappointed in yet and this one looks to be very good too. Looking forward to seeing more progress

Did you have any problems with the metal springs in the suspension? I had to cut them down to get them to fit, otherwise I would have had to compress them so much that the joint would never have held...
Other than that, and some fiddly PE, it's a great kit...

No Aaron, they fitted perfectly.
Only had some issues with the gear leavers, while cutting them from the sprues, too fragile, so I had to do some surgery..

Update:

As you can see, I'm still working on the interior.
I painted it with an ivory tone and not matt white.
The floor is weathered already with several filters over german grey.
The equipment is next...

Update, interior left panels done.

Next step, working on the right panels, paint ivory, weather with some filters, helmet, machine gun, etc..
Still a lot to do on the interior...
Stay tuned. I'm really enjoing this Bronco kit !!

I added some personal equipment from a Verlinden Set (1312).
I still haven't decided on the wheel type or the camo vs German grey..

Great work so far John, that interior looks excellent...a shame not much will be seen after she's buttoned up (so save the pictures!) Looks like I'll have to add this one to my want list

That's a really great kit, I truly recommend it ! good detailed interior, PE set, clear parts, top quality decals.
The only thing missing is the engine.
I will leave one of the side doors opened. Still wondering about paint scheme & wheels...

Marco, I was very surprised in a positive way, it's a very good kit, as good as Dragon kits, PE, good decals, very good detailing. And way better instructions!
Obrigado ! Não vai ficar desapontado com a Bronco !!

Thanks Gary !
I truly recommend it, it lightyears ahead of the Tamyia 222... the only thing missing is an engine. 5 star kit from Bronco !
I think I'll pick the Option 2, SS version on the Russian front .

@Gary
I still don't know, maybe a very thin brush, but I have to be carefull to keep the lines with the same width / thickness or I might try the camo I used on the SturmTiger.
I like to try different challanges otherwise I'd paint every kit in a German Grey pattern...
@Marco
Thanks Marco !!
I'll have to check your Czech build soon !
I hope to have some updates this weekend !

Hi guys !
I started the paintjob, I took some pics but it's 2 a.m , I'm a little tired to get some better shots...
I'm still not sure about the camo, but it might be a little too late...
I did the DK yellow base, the dark green & red brown lines.
Painted most of the exterior details, exausts, jerrycans, white signaling antennas, gun, rear signal light...
I will post some better pics tomorrow for sure, with the decals on.
