Hello,
Spent a few hours playing with these new castings from Workbench Miniatures & they are a blast! Total freedome of imagination -or- you can find a few references in your town!
Lots of fun. Thanks for taking a peek.

Hi Iain,
Im a 20yrs experience welder and ive seen the bright rust rings you have created on raw sheet steel sitting in the shop yard thousands of times. How did you do that? looks spot on. You got all the colors right on the inside of the bin. I want details...please.

Beautiful and realistic work inside and out Iain. As Gary said, nice rust. And great steel and paint wear on the outside. A few heavy scratches on the inside would really set it off.
About how big are these? How about a pic with a penny

These castings look great and it is nice to see them painted and weathered. You've done a great job Iain, very realistic and like the others have said- please post an SBS!!

Thanks for the kind words guys.
The images bellow are of the smaller of the 2 dumpsters. James had an excelent suggestion, a photo with a penny will help us better understand the size. The smaller one was started this afternoon and as much as I would have liked to have finished it this evening...
Hopefully more tomorrow.
Thanks for looking.
