Hi all,

I have the Firing Line conversion to go with an Italeri Land Rover and a Bronco 25 pdr gun. However I'm having a hard time finding any photos wether in my numerous Military Land Rover books or online (I find some from the lightweight Land Rover with the gun, but no 109s).

Here's the blurb for the Firing Line conversion :

Quoted Text

Land Rover 109 Hard Top 25pdr. gun tractor Conversion, Detail & Fittings Set.
Set include new wheels, and body and cab fittings. They feature replacement double skin windscreen and upper door etchings, and are supplied with FFR aerial boxes and racking. Finely etched radiator grilles and many other fittings are included. The soft top version includes a roof storage bin and support framework, and the hard top conversion has all the required additional parts. The hard top conversion is also available with all the extra parts to model an HAC 25pdr. field gun tractor, and this set also includes a set of etched parts to detail the Tamiya 25pdr, field gun kit.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Cheers,

Christophe

HAC = Honorable Artillery Company

Interesting google, lots of pics of 1/2 ton lightweight, 1-ton FC, 110 Wolf, Pinzgauers, even a Hagulands Snowtrack, with pics of the Pack Howitzer, 105 Light Gun, even Milan, Rapier, and the odd 25pdr.

But only 1 109LR with the 25pdr.
LR109 + 25pdr

I have seen this combination at Larkhill Open Days, so you aren't wrong.

IMHO, the Internet Movie Cars Database is an unjustly underrated ressource...

Thank you both...

And no I hadn't seen the other thread.

Cheers,

Christophe, As I stated in my reply on the other thread, I cannot post pictures on the computer but would gladly send you colour copies by "snai-mail" if you provide me with your address: sent a set to the other person in Hungary and he received them OK. I have all the Firing Line conversions except the 109 HAC one. Some of the photo-etch pieces are helpful, but prefer to use kit running gear with Accurate Armour tyres instead of the cast metal axles and tyres. Contact me if interested and good luck with your build!
