1 year from December sounds good!
Which one was it Paul? I just finished the 3rd in the Morningstar Strain series. Also highly recommend Juggernaut: PMC's in Iraq battling zombies with a difference. Great fun stuff

I've changed my mind about the Bradley based missile tender. That's too normal and almost feasible. I think I am going to go with a steam punk Panzer. Maybe a Tiger or a Panther. Or maybe even a steam punk Bradley. Now that's the "what-if-itude" level I am shooting for.

Cool Jeremy !!
Still have a couple of E-Panzer's in stash.
I also have a couple of projects that might fit:
- Leopard 2 chassis with a 12,8cm Gun Waffentrager style.
- Ferdinand Chassis with a Merkava turret.
Anyway I'm. -- will be in for a Mk.III Mk.IV What if's too

Should we advertise this campaign in Geeks too? There was a fun Steampunk Campaign there last year, and there mightbe some crossover from that forum interested in this one.

I like this and it fits my time perfrctly. 2 weeks after the military R/R campaign is over, small breather, and into this. Have to start managing my time better as I have nothing but time, so it works out great for me. I think I'll go with some kind of tracked vehical. Lots of stuff in the scrap drawer.

Mathew, The more the merrier. I' have an old Italeri Tiger 1 (P) that I'm going to kitbash. It has a huge engine deck to accommodate a boiler unit. And I think that running gear has a lot of potential.

Number 4 here. John got in ahead of me.
Now the wheels in my head are turning.
I smell smoke.
Next to dig up my ideas from the last one and take something forward.

P.S. Resurrecting my idea for a British double-decker bus on a Tamiya Quad chassis... for now...

I'm in. So many things to choose from. I seem to have a multitude of HMMWV kits around, possibly enough for a troop carrying time machine...can those things hit 88MPH though?

I'm in! As I'm saving my anti-zombie energy for EoD's 2, I will come at this one with an alternate WW2 scenario.

This is going to be another fun Campaign...
I think I'm going to try either the Leopard 2 chassis with a 10,5 or 12,8 gun (WaffenTrager style)
Or even take the old Italeri Elefant and get a Merkava turret somewhere (??)
E-50 with dual 88mm gun... so many ideas...I'll figure something for sure.

I dug out my Porsche Tiger. Can't find the turret for it though. Unless it turns up I think I'll be making it into a Hunting/Assault version with the fighting compartment up front. Maybe a small base with some accompanying steampunk German infantry.
THis one is goign to be fun. Can't wait to get started.

Anybody mind if I do a sort of H.G. Wells' war of the worlds (the original, not any of the U.S. film versions) but set in the 1990's (or later) instead of the 1890's?

I'm in. I decided that the End of Days campaign didn't quite fit my entry. I'll be mounting an M55 on a Panzer IV hull. I already have the panzer from Dragon and should have the M55 early Oct.

This could be fun.
Like Paul I fancy doing a War of the Worlds subject set during a second Martian invasion in the first quarter of the 20th Century. I've got a while to think it all out before I commit. First stop is looking at whats available in pre-war tank kits?
