...How much difficult its to paint this kind of resin sets?
I do not find it hard at all. I use a primer first (Dark Grey or very Dark green) enamel. I even use the Rustolium brand of spray paint in the "rattle" can that can be found in stores, such as Wal-Mart and Home Depot here in the states. They have a dark grey "automotive primer" that is fantastic. Just warm the entire can in hot water for 5-10 minutes before use and just spray directly on the model. Allow to dry for a full day, then you can use acrylics or enamels and they will work very well.
For both of these models, I will probably use Floquil Brunswick Green Enamel(now made by Model Master), then follow with Green Drab and Olive Drab. I will then load up some Field Drab and paint some of the stowage areas with the airbrush. The Ford GPW will also receive a sand color on the exterior, which will then be chipped and weathered to show some of the underlying Olive Drab.
After that, details, including various packs and tarps, will be picked out using a brush and Vallejo or Lifecolor paint.
I will post photos of the process as I am able to help.
I personally find it MUCH easier to paint the model with everything on than to try to paint each resin part and bag and add them later. Plus the overall effect ties the model together visually much nicer than adding items separate. Only items that will be added separate will be a few ammo cans.
