Looking really good Lordette Catette. The scratchy and black smoked skirts looked dead on. You are a talented scratcher, must be from the constant practice.

Looks great so far.
I am in the process of the same model myself at present, but have applied the Eduard Zim. Not totally impressed with my PE Zim as it seems a bit too severe.
Where can I get a template/dimensions for side skirts?

Cat,
Are you going to add the "U " shaped brackets that hold the side skirts to the triangle shaped mounts on the support rails?

Lord Majestic:

Regarding your midget update post:
The scratch skirts came out well on this one---, plus you did some work on the fenders-----congrats. Based on your past builds this should be a good one. Da IV has always been one of my favorites. Hopefully there isn't a whole lot lens work on this one---which will keep a certain someone off your back (lol).

Keep us posted.

You guys keep making me envious to build one of these things but only have the J or H from Dragon no Panver IVs in the stable and as Field Marshall of the Panzer troop I will take myself and have myself shot (++) (:-)

speaking of Panzer IVs have you seen the article that was in AFV Modeler back a few months ? Of the guy from Belgium or somewhere around those parts looks cool in rail road station

Looking very cool so far Mr. Cat. I broke open my can-o-whup ass on my PzKpfw IV for the "workhorse" build last night :-)

I really like the skirts... they add a ton to the overall look of the kit - very nice so far.

Have you decided if you are going to Uday the heck out of this sucker yet? I'm kinda curious now.....

Later-
Jeff
