Brilliant Ronald, I like the Zimmy bits a lot :-) . Is this going to be a new direction for you or can we still expect the recovery vehicles? Really nicely understated...Jim

Thanks jim,
And no this is not a new direction for me just a project between the recovery vehicles.
And every modeller must build at last one Tiger in his modelling life #:-) :-)

Ron:
Impressive.
The opening black and white pic is a nice touch. Mud detailing on the hull front and tracks is very well done and authentic. The missing/damaged fenders and guard on the rear end add a lot of realism to this Tiger.
Its a keeper.

Real great model pal...
I´m doing myself a Tiger I too. It´s a Tamiya early version, but that 70´s mold (URGH!!!!).
I´m doing all details by scratch, I´ll try to post some pics here soon....
Cheers

Hoi Ronald,
Yet another model that shows high standards and great skills. Congrats.
Any change of sharing your method on applying scratches. Looking at pic2 I wonder what kind of color do you use and is it afterwards metallized?

Nice Tiger Ron.
Sweet looker.
So lets ask some questions Know model is Tamiya
Fenders make them your self?
great job on turret welds very good.
So is this putty or plastic sprue
Okay I have a few nit pick things that will take it above what it is now drill out the spare tracks and add some made track pins
add the little handles to top of spare track holders.
Now if I have over stepped my bounds let me know.
Love the decals are they from the kit or what. (++) (:-)
Great zim job!! really nice.
Goosh darn it that is killer!

Hi Jeff, thanks for the comments and pointed me on the spare tracks and holders.
The kit is from Acacemy
Fenders are scratchbuild
Weld seams are made with putty (Tamiya with the orange cap)
The decals are from the kit.

Hi Ronald_Kok:
Your Tiger is really a master piece. Impresive. Like very much the zimeritt, specially the efect you achieve with the blown pieces in the front hull. What did you use to make the zim., is it puty ? Graet work with the mud. Love the muded tracks.
Is this a Tiger of the ssPz. Abt 101?
Very well done !!!
