Kimmo, since I had them handy I decided to put a few links together. I think you would run into problems with the spacing of the end connectors. The Bronco pads themselves are nice and you're right, they're close. Switching out the connectors can't be done (without a lot of work at least) because of the different assembly methods. Bronco is the tan plastic.

Well dang. The old Mk 1 eyeball still works pretty good though. Maybe we should send Bronco a helpful suggestion. Thanks.

Kimmo,
I have a Gepard and Leo 1 which I am going to do the Aust version of and ordered 2 sets of the HKCW tracks with Hobby Easy May this year they were to be supplied by Prefect Scale and am still waiting for them. The only other supplier I know of is Track Jam (link to tracks) http://www.trackjam.com/hkcw/hkcwlist.htm and I don’t know how they are for stock.
I sent Hobby Easy a dissatisfied customer e-mail about the delay in supply and they are sending me 2 sets of the Spade Ace tracks(I must give Daniel and Henry a big wrap here as they had no hesitation in supplying the Spade Ace) which I am more than happy with as I prefer metal tracks.
I purchased Spade Aces T-80 tracks for my T-90 which now resides on a T-80 as the Sector 35 tracks keep coming apart and I see no difference between them and Friulmodel. Also the Spade Ace Leo tracks come with a new sprocket wheel so there should be no fit issues. I am hoping that they arrive before the end of the week and if you can wait I can give you my thoughts.
David
No hurries or worries on this end. Thanks

I tried that too. The only shop that has them is Elite. Links are either dead or the shops don't carry them anymore, at least for the European ones. Just a heads up to anyone looking.

Kimmo,
Picked up the package to day first no sprocket, all the images I have seen show a sprocket however I can live with out it.
The tracks themselves are very good the detail is equal to Friulmodel with the one exception; there is no need to drill out any of the openings which is a pain in the backside. With the short run I made and using my exacting Mk1 eyeball the links appear to be the same width and length as the band set supplied by Tamiya so there appears to be no need for a replacement sprocket but as always expect anything.
Not having seen the HKCW set I can’t really comment on a comparison but a I said earlier I always use metal tracks where I can and are well worth the cost.

Thanks David,
If you have the ability to post some photos please do so.
How do the tracks fit around the kit drive sprocket?

Honestly, I find the gallery system here cumbersome. If you upload them to Photobucket or another free hosting site that to me is easier and then just copy the link.
The alternative is just to email them to me and I can post them for you.

i'll charge up the camera and add them to my kit maker site in the next few days. What things will you be after so I can get the shots you want?

Any progress to report? I'd personally like to see the links around the sprocket and how they compare with the kit tracks.

Kimmo,
I get something up in the next couple of days. I did a small trial and fit perfectly around the sprocket both in width and length. Compared to the kit set no comparison.

Thanks, I'd like to see the overall quality of the metal castings, any flash issues, any surface texture problems, and details on the end connectors (hollow ends and bolt detail). A side by side shot with the kit tracks would be great too.
