Guys,
I don't need one now, just got a Aim kit off Ebay delivered Yesterday. But if I was looking for one I would be supporting Brian for bringing this to our attention.

Cheers Rob.

I've preordered the Tamiya Tusk at Hobby Easy at $53.I consider this a little steep, but $70 or $90 is insane.

Dragon USA has the SEP in stock for $44.95. Shipping was about $7 for my order.

I totally agree with you on the Brothers Sprue tirade.I kinda figured once their main competitor was history that the true light would shine through. Also I guess being an importer also gives you a license to set your own MRSP.Don't all these retailers get their kits from the same factory? How come Scalehobbyist can undercut SB?JAC can do it too. Also this "superfast shipping".Well I'm sorry, just because I receive an "electronic shipping info received" notice, that thing can sit there another day till it's picked up and sent to the sort facility. This in my humble estimation is not "shipped"So this,'my order was shipped in 15 minutes "is a bit ludicrous.Geeze....wheeeze.All done now,has to take more blood pressure meds.

Rant off
Mike

Mike, MSRP is set by the manufacture, not the importer nor retailer. It's usually printed on the package if it's meant for a price point market.

As far as Sprue Brothers are concerned, they ship within 24 hours. The tracking information comes from the shipper once it's picked up, and entered into their system. The data for the consumer isn't updated till after their daily cut off time. Your package could very well be just waiting for pickup for hours.
