Love the tank. Lots of extra cargo on the back looks great. Just wondering is it the picture causing the helmets on the side of turret to be a tad glossey or does it need a little dulling?
Great build

Great looking Sherman! Can never go wrong with a Tamiya Sherman. This kit and the M4 kit are my favorite, manufacturers should add stowage to their kits more often.
The markings are OTB right?

Very nice indeed . Only points I would mention is to add some rope to tie down the loose gear and perhaps to add an air-recognition sheet on the back, apart from those points, nothing, well-done, Jim

What do you think to add a crew member?

Nooope HastyP, they are as matt as they can be. But this my first try of taking pictures INSIDE. I always took pictures outside at daylight. I guess that's the angle of all light com from.
Thanks for your comments.

I would suggest, nip off a few of the extended end connectors. If this tank has driven any distance since they were bolted on,a few on each side will have broken off.
but it is a good job getting it all together.

It was easy, nothing special, i just applied 3 times of varnish.

Dont be afraid.just take your Xuron or similar clippers, and nip 1 or 2 off even with the end of an end connector.
You KNOW you WANT to DO IT!

Howdy M113,
First, I like your moniker, 'M113' (I'm a big M113 fan) so, why aren't you out building a Bucket instead of a Sherm? #:-)
Just kidding. Your Sherman is great, but I'm with jimbrae on the critique. Unless the tank is going to be shown in a dio as standing still, all of the stowage and gear on the back of the tank looks like it was just 'placed' there temporarily. On the other hand, if it is being depicted in it's normal state of deployment, it really needs some form of being secured down, and article placement changed a wee bit to reflect that arrangement.
You've got a superb sheen on the tank itself (too many people do this as much too 'flat') and a nice dusting on the lower portion to tone the sheen down properly....nice.
It's a winner.
Tread.
Oh, I also like TankCarl's suggestion. He's right.....clip 'em!
