Hey guys,

In an effort to build some more pieces with interior, I've been trying to find out more about Post-WWII usage of the M10 and M36. I've already got an M18, which I'll do as a Taiwanese one, or possibly a Venezuelan one.
Apparently the M10 has been used by the IDF, but I don't have any decent photos to support that. The M36 has been used in Korea and Vietnam, but seemingly also by the Pakistanis during the Indo-Pakistani wars, and of course in the former Yugoslavia.
I'd like to find out more about the M10 usage, as well as the Pakistani use of the M36, and others, if available.
If you can help, please let me know.

Thanks a lot!

In the US Army, the M10 series was declared obsolete in September of 1945, but the M36 series soldiered on un being declared obsolete in March of 1956. I suspect that they were little used for some time prior because the they hadn't been inventoried since 1954. At that time, however, there were still 135 servicable vehicles on hand., all but 23 in CONUS.

The JGSDF had at least one M-36, primarily to use as reference in designing their own tanks after the war.

The Italian Army used them both after WWII. If you're interested in these I can post some pics of them...

Olaf,
I know that the M36, M18 and possibly the M10 were used in the balkans conflicts in the early 1990's. A british guy went about shipping them back to the UK and restoring them. I think there were about 50 assorted M18s and M36s.
