One justification for a large oil spill on the turret could be if the crew had to refill turret hydraulics and spilled a large can of FRH.
What I have a concern with is the spill down the front of the turret on the CIP panel. Remember the CIP is attached via velcro strips, so there is a gap between the CIP and the turret front. Any oil spill would have flowed behind the CIP.
Near the TC hatch is where you almost never see any spill, unless it is red cherry kool-aid

Fabrizio,
Besides the items mentioned by the other modelers, you also have installed the Loader's M240 MG too far forward on the bracket:
This image from PrimePortal shows how it should be assembled:
I hope this helps.

- behind grenade launchers on the turret you have two .50" cal. ammo boxes stored. They should be painted olive drab, not tan.
Some notes regarding these "ammo" cans.
They probably do not contain ammo, so it is OK for them to be painted the same as the tank (tan or green).
In every unit I had been in or M1 I crewed these were old .50 Cal cans used as spare bolt boxes, they were always on the tank even in motorpool.
They contained all manner of bolts, nuts, washers, screws, cotter pins, clamps, etc...
Most crews never replaced them with live .50cal ammo cans because it was an awkward difficult spot to reach for and there was space inside the turret and TC sponson box for ammo cans.
So those bolt boxes were always on the tank and I can see the crew painting them desert tan to blend in.
And don't discount the value of a well stocked bolt box, it could be the difference between a quick fix to get moving again or be stuck on the side of the road waiting for maintenance assets. :-)

Or was sloppy in cleaning the crew served weapons... The turret roof and the front slope were always gathering spills as both locations always made excellent "tables" for those cleaning tasks...
Fabrizio,
A very nice representation of a M1A1 AIM. I like how you have captured the weathering, paint scrapes and such.
I have never seen the tow cables rigged like you have them on the front of the tank, were you working from a photo??

Hello guys.
Although there are some errors I'll show you the finished model!
Thank you all for making me point out the errors. I'll make another if your suggestions should prove invaluable.
