I can jump in through cached pages, but Armorama.com and Armorama.co.uk just dump me in a basic page, is that the same for everyone or just me ?
Did you try: www.armorama.com/index.php ?
Of course this is just the browser trying to be smart and skipping to the 'no site' or cgi no site page because that was what it was finding this morning/yesterday. If you do a forced refresh of the page that might work but you can NOT be on the redirected "cgi" folder version when you do that. In short - clear your cache and history every once in a while cause that is still a good thing to do to get back to basics.
Cheers,
Jim

I agree with Jeff. I was starting to rethink my priorities! ...but then it worked again and here I am.

Excellent to see the site back. Hard to believe how lost I've felt without it.
Felt the same way. It's become daily routine with me,can't believe how frustrated I was yesterday.

Yep, I can get in through www.armorama.com/index.php
And I have a bookmark that drops me straight into the forum page that seems to work fine, that's /modules.php I think.
I had the same problem, I don't now what browser your using but u need to clear the chache in your browser. Here are instructions:
Internet explorer
Firefox
Chrome
Safari
Doing that should solve it

Quoted TextWhat happened? Was it a bug in the firewall?
According to GoDaddy it was a problem with the server configuration files being corrupt. I don't buy that. I think the tech just didn't know how to get around the firewall or it's settings properly.
I feel so much better now though.
Jim
Hmmm...sounds like the standard tech support mumbo-jumbo when either root cause can't be determined or a support screw-up that need not be reported!
Whatever the case, its good that it is back!
Jim, thanks as well for posting progress updates at Kitmaker's Facebook page -- it was good assurance that the issue was being handled.
Cheers,
Tat

Good to see everything back to normal. In the brave new world of cyber-space I try not to sweat until a day has gone by, it was starting to get a bit dicey, but all's well that ends well!
