Thankfully my request to remove the firewall magically has fixed the issue. The sites are back up and running this morning (PST).
Dodged a bullet on that one.
Cheers,
Jim

Yes unfortunately that standard CGI page is easy to get cached by the browser. Either clearing your file cache or using direct file paths ( https://armorama.kitmaker.net/index.php ) should work to restore it.

Been checking every couple of hours or so since yesterday...Glad to know its back online!
What happened? Was it a bug in the firewall?

According to GoDaddy it was a problem with the server configuration files being corrupt. I don't buy that. I think the tech just didn't know how to get around the firewall or it's settings properly.
I feel so much better now though.

Way to go Jim!
I can appreciate all the time, effort and frustration that you must have gone through for all of us. My sincerest thanks. This also has me seriously wondering about recommending GoDaddy to Web clients.
Thanks again,
Jan

Thanks Jim, was checking every hour or so and am glad it's back up and running. Was suffering from a bit of withdraw.

Thanks Jim for getting the sites back up, you don't know how lost I've felt the last day without the site.
As an ex maintenance engineer in a tier 3 data centre I find it hard to believe that they have no UPS or generator back up for a power loss.

Been lost in the land of Internet Darkness (otherwise known as the Markham Moor Services on the A1) for the past three days - did I miss something?
Glad it's all back again!

I still can't access through armorama.com A friend suggested going in through 50.62.141.30 which brings you to the kitmaker menu.
