Greg, for the decals "problem", just brush on some matte varnish and rub some dust/beige/tan coloured pastel pigments over it. That should be a quick way to solve that problem if you are still concerned about it.

Alex - the chains are from the Blackdog set. Lots of goodies in there.
Glenn - thanks for the tip! I think I'll have some body bag/blankets for them to look at at the side of the road, as part of a larger scene with more vehicles in the future.
