Absolutely brilliant PvtParts! In the first picture it looks like a resin conversion, but the others look like a scratch build with plastic sheet. Which is it? Great work and attention to detail. this will be awesome with a lick of paint

Mr. Plasticbattle. I wish I could take credit and say it was scratch built...being its my second shot at a resin conversion/kit.. I can say I've done alot of headscratching though! The kit is by Masters Productions and the GMC is Tamiya. Im planning on a very unique dio for this, which will take time with my limited abilities, but am more than up to the task...How can I go wrong when I've got Armorama at my finger tips? ( Cheap plug = at least a baseball cap...Jim?) (:-)

Lord Private
I am jealous A group build with the Aussie Dude---and we are excluded???????
Just kidding Private---I have talked to Cliff about this one, and unfortunately it is my understaning that he is still waiting for his conversion shipment from France. This has got to be killing the guy to see how well yours is coming together, while he sits next to the mail box waiting for his to arrive
A couple of questions
How was the resin, ie was the fit acceptable or did you need to do a lot of filing and filling?
Did the conversion "mate" to the stock chassis well, or were there fit issues?
How do you plan to paint this, ---with the walls up--will you have some difficulties getting the inside painted/detailed to your satisfaction?
Please keep us posted on this one Private---it looks great, and we all anticipate seeing more.

WWH, The reason I posted some shot is because Cliff asked me to..I feel bad his has not arrived..I think they sent it on the "Concord" and no one told them its on hold!
Here is where Im amazed..It fits so tight and exact I can lift it from the Club and its as tight as can be!

Being Im new to resin I'll answer from a plastic view and 1 resin kit builders view. Yes a wee bit of sanding is involved and minor filling. How was the resin, ie was the fit acceptable or did you need to do a lot of filing and filling?

I plan on removable roof..that is the only fit issue..and interior shots. Should not be to difficult on the painting and detailing, time will tell. I do plan on a complex dio for it and hope I can pull it off. Thanks for asking and the comments. How do you plan to paint this, ---with the walls up--will you have some difficulties getting the inside painted/detailed to your satisfaction?
