guys
i wasnt totally happy with the turret i made based on a black princeas in the first photo
so i made an enlarged version of a mk7
which makes it look more churchill like
i used a 128 mm as my fictional 5 inch gun
all comments welcome
regards Andrew

Hi Andrew,

your Churchill at the first photo looks very good, you did awsome job. Looking at next pictures I try to imagine crew and all the stuff inside the turret with such big gun... and the turret IMHO is slightly too small. Maybe i am wrong ? Of course I know that "what if" tanks have they own principles so its just my opinion

Cheers

thanks for the reply
i just figured that if the russians could put a 122 in a js2 turret a 5 inch would fit in this turret
with shortened ammo like the shortened 17 pder in a comet
though this might not be the best way to think about it
id be interested in what you think of this
i was thinking of making the turret longer at the back
for the radio and more interior space
regards Andrew
