Another I'm still working on, think I going to add an assistant gunner with a panzerfaust.
The gas mask face is out of Eastern Front Tank Hunters and the body is out of German Anti Tank Team w/ Panzerschreck, both from Dragon.
3M Micro pore tape was used to close the wide gap between the rear of the coat.
Figure fitted with panzerschreck and mittens. Helmet to the side is covered with tissue paper, black electrical tape band.
Open gas mask canister. Tissue paper scarf.
The Fence was made with strips of balsa wood washed with brown and light grey.
Used a sand file to shape the wood.
Woodland Scenic turf and twine grass.
Added the fuse wire and wood block connector.
Also thinking I should add snow ground cover lightly... we'll see.
Figures
Military figures of all shapes and sizes.

Amazing work, it's astounding how much difference and extra character small changes and adding details makes.

Gary,
Looks really good, but shouldn't the gas mask have a filter on the end of it?

the respirator was often worn without the canister attached because the respirator was just being used to protect the firers face from the rockets' exhaust flash.

Yelp, Jon is correct. A couple photos off the web are the inspiration for this vignette.
Thank you everyone for the praise.

Great looking figure! I never knew that use of the mask. Hopehis aim stayed good. I remember its a little tricky to sight a weapon through the mask. The groundwork base looks really natural. Congrats
