I already did a in box review last weekend, you can check my outcome here: D9R In Box Review

I started the build and hope to post some build pictures this weekend or next week.
Thanks for watching guys!

Hey, Boris, I'll be watching this build with interest!
I have a quick question.. I was thinking of building mine with the door open to show as much of the interior as I can.. Problem is I can't find any pics with the cab door open, or with an operator climbing up or down. I can't figure out how the door works and how far it normally opens.
Thanks, and good luck with your build.
Hisham

Hisham, do you have the Desert Eagle book on the D9? There is at least one shot in there with the door open. The book is definitely worth the purchase.
Boris will you be posting your build pics here, or are you just gonna tease us so we will hopefully come to your site?

Great your gonna follow it
Thats one very good question! The instructions show nothing on the door either, so I guess we'll have to bet on someone from here to post some pictures.... A walkaround would be great as well. I will search myself as well

There are a few pics with the door open in the book IDF armoured vehicles by tankograd publishig. An excellent book all round in my opinion. Not much of the interior though.

Thanks guys! Those will really help.
Just missing one thing, the color of the cabin interior base, it seems like MENG forgot to kention the color of the cab floor.
Does anyone have info on this?

Looking at the pics in the Desert Eagle book it appears to be a dark gray, or a faded black. This may be a rubberized mat that fits the cab floor, it's hard to tell.

Thanks! I'll do my very best
Here a small update on the undercarriage and the ripper:
The yellowish stuff is putty, it was really needed there! the rest went together great!
note the bolts on the head of the hydraulic cylinders, those had to be cut of the sprue and glued to the cylinder manually, they are not casted within the bigger part. Great feature of MENG Model because it gives great detail!
I did finish the interior build, tracks etc. but am waiting for my D9 book so I can start with painting the interior. After painting, it can be put together and I can continue the build itself.
For anyone interested, here the update on my website: D9R Bulldozer build log part #01
Thanks for watching!
