Hi,
In the Rankings list it says one becomes a Major after 300 postings, but I've exceeded this level and am still a lowly captain. Have these level been changed? And if, why hasn't it been changed in the listing?

That is in the original US Army ranking system. If you switch back to it, then you would be a major. It is all listed below in the forum help/rank info button.
