Hi,

i need help to find the right color for the base coat of Leopard C2.
Which color will fit better:

Tamiya XF 67 Nato Green
or
Tamiya XF 58 Olive Green

Or have i to mix it. Tamiya Color will be prefered.
I am grateful for any suggestions.

Thanks in advance

NATO Green is the better of the two.

I like to mix NATO Green and Field Grey (XF65) in a 1:1 mix.

The owner from PSM told me, he used XF-58 plus XF-1 black for painting the display models.

The Tamiya NATO green is spot on, when compared to my colour CARC paint sample at 1/1. You will have to shade it to suit your build.

Is it a regular C-2 ?

If you any help shoot me a PM.

Ehm...... I hope I'm not stepping on toes here, however, I just recieved my PSM C2 Mexas with thermal cover. I would like to make this a dozer version, but I am low on detail photoes of the dozer attachment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Thomas:
I spoke to Gerold (PSM) on Saturday. I also take a deep look on his C2, but i forgot to ask which Color he has used.
Thank you for your Information.

@Anthony:
I've viewed a lot of pics from C2 and i also think that Nato Green was the right Color. I agree that it has shaded down. But as base coat it will be the right thing. Thanks for your Information. Oh, it's for a C2 MEXAS in BrailleScale.

@Kenneth:
No Problem. I think Anthony can help you out. Please contact him.

Thank you for helping me out.

Marcus
