Just received my Canadian RG-31 from Lucky Model (with DEF resin wheel set...nice!) and paint call-out references various sources for the overall STONE color. I could use AKI 122, but I prefer to work with Tamiya when I can. In a pinch, I could use MM as well. Is the Canuck color same as US 33531? (or 33446?)
Thanks!

Yes it is. They are the same colour when they come out of the factory.

The kit looks great on the sprues Marco! Just got it in the mail today so havent had a chance to dry fit anything. But I am alone in my office and maybe start work on it at lunch time =) I will use your RG-31 as my inspiration...it looks really good meu amigo!
Greaeme's tracked Stryker is awesome!!! I like the Chally armor on the sides. And I think that color looks great! Good base to work with.
By the way, as I commented on another post, I really like your BMP-3!
Muito obrigado irmao!

In portuguese! Very good R! Muito bom mesmo.
This US RG-31 is a very good kit. I want to know if this Canadian one has the new interior.
Thanks for the kind words and I want to see your RG. BTW, I saw some Canadian RGs in green paint.
Obrigado! Abraço!

Going to look for photos of green RGs. Would love to find something like this applied to a RG...

BTW, I saw some Canadian RGs in green paint.
IIRC those were used in the Former Yugo.

The ones in Bosnia were the Mamba.
An earlier version of the RG painted in overall CARC green was used by Canada in Afghanistan.

Argentina and Portugal! Two fantastic countries.
I like Brazilian rock and our Indy drivers, Canaã and Castroneves.
So, good luck with your RG. I will follow for sure.
Cheers!
