ik ben alweer een hele tijd bezig met dit leuke projectje.

Voor diegene die er geïnteresseerd zijn het is een oud vintage model van het merk MAX.
Ik heb expres ervoor gekozen om dit model OOB te bouwen.
Voor dit oude model ( ruim 30 jaar oud ) was de pasvorm echt subliem.
Geen ellende met niet passende onderdelen en totaal geen flash.
Er zijn allen wat kleine riempjes en twee schakelaartjes toegevoegd voor de ruitenwisser schakelboxjes en het scheppie.

Het model is gespoten in Barcley grey van Hubroll en verder afgewerkt met een wasje met Indigo blue van Van gogh.

De kratjes en alle zaken die erin liggen zijn scrachbuild.

Er komen nog twee figgies bij van U-models maar die staan nog in de steigers

Helaas heb ik geen foto's van het bouw procedee..Maar ik wilde julle hem toch niet onthouden...

It has been a while since my last posting but here is my latest thing.

Fot those who are interested this is a thirty year old model from MAXX..
It is build OOB with some minor alterations like the spade and the switches voor the windscreen wipers. Also the real model is presented with a hard top. I changed it into a soft top.
Never the less for a thirty year old model the fitting was superb. And no flash what so ever.

The model is spray painted with Humbrolls Barclay grey and washed with Indigo from van Gogh.

All crates and vegetables are hand made. And each crate is filled from top to bottom.

I cant present any pictures of the figures 'çause they are constructed as we speak. My choise for the figures are figures from U-Models.

There are no pics made during the building proces. but i wanted to show ya all the Chevy in de state i is now.

It looks really good in grey. Nice job on the paint and weathering. The crates of vegetables look awesome too. The only issue I see is the MRE boxes. They are out of place. For a WWII vehicle, these would have been C Ration boxes, which are different in shape and appearance. Various AM companies offer C Ration boxes.

The MRE boxes are not yet glued so they can be easely removed.

HL, that really is a great looking truck! Paint and weathering are superb, and I wish I had the talent to be able to do all the crates and veggies (and the eye sight )

De eerste figuren zijn ook nagenoeg klaar..


today i'ff start building up the dock from scratch.

Also the first two figures are nearly completed..

It has been a while. But here are te results of hard labour.

The dock is completely scratch.

Im plannig to give more depth. I want to do that to add a road section and another wall. Finally i'm gonna place the lot in a special box.

i have to add some more details on the dock and there are gonna be more figures on the dio. Also a saloon car.

Na een heleboel 6en en 7ens...hier weer eens een update van het geheel.

De kade is helemaal scratch ( nog lang niet klaar moet nog verder worden aangekleed )

verder ziet alles er op de foto's wat vlak uit maar dat komt door de belichting. ( TL licht )

Ik ben van plan het geheel nog meer diepte te geven ( naar achter ). Achter de stoep komt nog een gedeelte straat met daarop nog een auto.
Verder komen er ook nog wat meer figuren op. En als ik echt gek wil doen wellicht ook nog een gevel. Als het allemaal passen gaat verdwijnt het totale geheel in een mooi kijkdoos.
