Thanks for following Darren !!

It's indeed an amazing kit from Bronco.
Extremely detailed, anyway here's today's work:

I should have painted the floor and side walls from the driver & passenger seats before adding the dashboard.
Now I have to touch up the gas pedal and be really careful with the gear leavers.
Also added the PE at the rear and will start to add the ammo rack supports and other tiny details at the back.

John,

This is such a great build so far. The M1114 with Frag 7 was my ride in Iraq. Remember, when someone gives you how they should be, that's a sometimes right answer. The M1114 was constantly upgraded while in theatre and also from the factory. So what was made one month, might not be what was made the next month. AM General quietly adapted the M1114 chassis while in production.

The Newest build when we left IRaq was the M1151. And like the M1114 it was constantly upgraded in theatre and from the factory until the MRAPs came in numbers and the up-armored hummers were taken off the line one by ones.

Please keep up the great build! I'll be taking tips from your build!

Thanks for the kind words Mike !
I'll try to do my best, the Bronco kit is amazing, it might be the best M1114 around (I'd like to get my hands on the new Academy M1151 too ).
I would like to be fun build, using Legend's / Liveresin & Blast updates.

Do you have some photos of your rides Mike ?

I might have some questions regarding the interior arrangements, but I'll ask when I cross that bridge

Thanks for watching !

And now the M1114

Seats aren't glued.
Will work on the floor details soon.

John,

I lost all of my pics when my Hard Drive on my deployment Laptop crashed. But I can give you all the right placements of the BFT, Dagr, Sincgar radios, fire suppression and the rest. Depending on the fielding date alot of this changed in theater due to mission requirements.

Just remember one very important addition that can't be forgotten in any US wheeled or armored vehicle...an Ice Chest!

Keep up the awesome work!

Hi Mike !

There isn't much stowage with the Bronco kit, can I take some from my Trumpeter's Strykers ? I'm guessing the personal gear isn't specific for either a Stryker or the M1114 right ?

Anyway I'll take some photos of what's on Bronco & Trumpeter's kits and you can point me what can be used or not, deal ?

Thanks Mike !

Hey! Great build so far. Depending on where you want your Hummers area of operation (AO) to be you might not find alot of stowage on the outside. IF they're not on a long range recon you'll find minimal personal stowage. A MOLLE 3 day bag, sleeping bag,a cooler for water and ice. Camelbaks are very common on soldiers backs. OF course you'd probably find 3-5K rounds of 7.62 for the gunner with a M240B, Same f they carried a SAW, We'd carry 4-5K rounds of .50 cal too. You'd find fording gear and a pioneer set/ropes and chains. New models came with the newest fire suppression systems, updated intralink for talk, and updated Duke and Duke like ECM. PM me anytime for help! Keep up with this great build!

Hi John

Fantastic work! I'm in the middle of building this same model and think there is a problem with the kit M2 .50 - the instructions refer to part Ec16 but no such part exists! I know you are going to use the Live Resin kit but please check to see if you have the kit M2 - I'm sure it's missing.

Regards
Scott

Thanks Scott.
My M2 .50 is there. I've taken a photo of it.
But I'm currently fiddling with all the PE...
Post the photos later on.

@Scott

Here they are,

I think it was already unattached from the Ec Sprue.

@Thomas

I won't add any crew, my Figure painting skills are dreadful if I can manage a decent interior I'll leave all doors open.
With all this Bronco detailing, I'm hoping the LiveResin & Legend Conversion will look great.. cross my plastic fingers

:D

Here's today's work

More PE & tiny details

Hi John

Thanks for looking for Ec16 - just checked my sprue and the piece is missing - must have come off and got thrown away when I took out the sprue from the bag - that'll teach me to be more careful!
Anyway, I've ordered a resin replacement. I'm looking forward to seeing your Live Resin M2 installed, should look great.
