Nice work on the camo scheme. Of your recent armor-related models you've posted, I'd say this is your best work. That disc camouflage looks fantastic!!
If I can make 3 suggestions:
1) a photo on your linked site shows your muzzle to be unpainted. You might want to darken that up
2) The soldier is carrying his rifle incorrectly. Please slide it forward.
3) the soldier seems to have a very unnaturally long neck.
