Your options are:

1) use Photobucket or similar (it is easy to copy codes to use in forum posts, but the new PB web page is too "Facebooky" for my tastes, and is a PITA to navigate compared to the old PB)

and

2) become a Subscriber here at Kitmaker, which gets you extra space, but at a monthly cost.

Personally I do both...

this is a test

this is a photo I've linked to that is in one of my face book albums

looks like it works... at least I can see the photo..

have to keep an eye on this...

Option #3 might be.. Facebook

I put photos of my work into albums there sometimes so that my family and friends can see my work on their time lines.. but i don't generally link to them as I have my own webspace..

I always use Imgur.com to quickly upload photos, you don't even need to sign up. So if I lose or forget the link to one of my photos I just quickly upload it again

I use PB for post on the treads but I have run out of room for when I post in the campaign gallery's so I wind up deleting my older campaign gallery post for newer ones
I also tried compressing the picture that helps a bit too

Subscribers get unlimited gallery space, but the best benefit of subscribing is the advert bars on the sides of the forum go away.
