I promised you pics yesterday but after coming home from the scalemodelgroup I attend once a month here I forgot I had to go to a birthday... So no time for pics. But this afternoon I made them.

Here are the close ups of the two jerrycan racks on the backdeck of the 35t. The big one at the back is an additional one for the eastern front. The one of the side is mostly for the earlier campaigns and the eastern front.




And for Dan the close ups of the tracks.






Hope this answers your questions gents. I currently have this vehicle waiting for primer and am looking around for a good set of jerrycans for a decent price.

Thanks a ton. I think I can figure out the rack/mounting for the 2 cans that go on the back fender. Your pics helped my over engineered thinking mind. For some reason I thought it was a little more complex.

The holder for the 2 cans on the back fender can be seen in step 7 of the instruction booklet. As you can see it is a rather simpel affair of a framework with 2 little stops on the backside preventing the jerrycans to fall off the vehicle that direction. Allthough the instruction booklet does not show it I pressume the jarrycans were held in place with leather straps. other vehicles in the German army had similar contraptions for storing Jerrycans and I don't think it would be very different for the 35T
