Hi Guys

I want to share my latest two builds with you.

First is Bronco SU-152 OOB with Miniart spent shells on the deck and lead foil blanket.

Second is Tamiya ISU-152 with Friul tracks and RB model gun. The welds due to torn-off the gas tanks and fenders is inspired by Sam Dwyers ISU-152 from MMI.

And yes - I know, not the best pictures....

Happy modeling
Ole

Hi Ole, both look pretty good. I do have a couple of observations, though. On the first one, the dusting on the tracks and wheels seems a bit too uniform. Also, on the left track (2nd picture) you show a sag until you get to the last section between the roller and rear sprocket. Don't you think there'd be a sag there, too? As for the second built, it just seems that there's too much sag in the tracks. You could probably shorten each side by a link, or two.

Hi Bob

Sorry for the late response and thank you for comments.

You are not the first to comment on the monoton dusting and to some extend I agree, but on the other side, I like the look against the green tank.
With regards to to the flying tracks, you are completely right and I did not see during the photosession.......

The tracks on the ISU-152 is based on pictures of Russian tanks, so it is possible, but to the extreme side and I just love the heavy sag on these beasts.

Ole
