Call me crazy, but I'm starting to see modeling everywhere
Just noticed today this rubble on my neighbour's roof, it's been lying there for years but it only makes sense to me now.
Wouldn't that make for a nice study of a diorama base?

hmmm
I see a lot of building and defence supplies stored by a well prepared individual waiting for the zombie apocalypse.

Looks like unsightly and dangerous piles of junk that need to be cleaned up to me.

we call stuff like this in the US to be "garbage" but yeah looks like you have a good idea and a lot of direction to go there, especially if you did do a sniper scene.

Yep must be preparing for Zombies. I even see a toilet in there for that long siege.
Cheers

if you want to make debris inside a fallen house in a diorama there are some good ideas here. Just the random distribution of things and the pile up of wood, metal, broken door and buckets...etc
I agree he needs to clean up, it looks bad

Unfortunately you can see similar sights along most rural roads in the US. Just recently I took a vacation to Fredricksburg, TX using the back roads and you'll see junk piles like tag right in folks' front yards. And it's not limited to Texas either. That said, little vignettes like that Ada lot of interest because they do exist, especially on railroad layouts.

yesssss, I´m not the only one
There is lot´s of inspriation out there....you just need to ceep your eyes open...
I´m currently living in a mid 20ties multi-family city house and while spending some time in the basement I discoverd that we´ve still got an air-raid shelter there...
I guess that I have to use some elements of that in a future diorama project
