I have to say, this looks gorgeous!
However, I have one observation to make concerning the camo scheme (nothing too dramatic, though): I'm afraid, the ratio of brown and green splinters is not entirely correct. It looks like you tried to have fairly the same amount of both, while there were much more brown splinters than green ones.
Just have a look at the pics provided under following link, and you'll see for yourself:

Great job dude! Just a little critique: The eyes are a tad Asian looking in the corners near the nose. Fantastic job on the colors and blending. Wish I could do as well.
