Would these figures be correct for an LAV III crew deployed to Afghanistan in 2003?

At that time frame, CADPAT TW was in use. Same goes for the body armor and helmet covers.

Here is a perfect sample picture right here.

As for badges, I will take down my shadow box and take a few pictures and explain where on the uniform they go. Fire me a PM and I will help out as much as I can.

The crew is perfect for the LAV III crew. August 2003: Under the mandate of Operation Athena, Canadian Forces deploy to Kabul to take part in the National Security Force’s (ISAF) mission to help maintain security in Kabul and the surrounding areas.
The crews at that time in 2003 wore a mixture of Arid and TW CADPAT uniforms. The Arid CADPAT was just being issued thus the mixture of uniforms. As to badges they would have worn olive green brassards , and National insignia , I will send you photos today.

Cheers

Tom: Thank you for the link.

Anthony: Thank you for the info.

Now, would the uniform be any different for an officer?

The uniform would have been the same for Nco's and Officers. The only way to tell the difference was when they were not wearing the frag vest and their rank slip on was visible. With the frag vest one, they way to tell was they were to tall in the commanders hatch, or with binos........

Only the Officer has his mittens tide together. That was the only way to tell the difference.

Here is a picture of an officer sample.
